Sandi Jewett – A Ribbon in Time
I was an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Sales Manger, and Instructor for over 35 years. Having left a job in 2016 and discovering that someone with my skills, knowledge and age would struggle trying to find a job in a world that did not see me as viable anymore (Okay, I get it I’m not 20 years old anymore and don’t come quite as cheap anymore). In 2017, after having over 20 extremely poor customer service experiences in a matter of two weeks, enough was enough.
At the age of 50 and with the support of my amazing husband, I jumped into owning my own business. Born was an affordable customer service training and consulting program that was easy on all business budgets. Along with my knowledge of many different business areas such as management, administrative and training I started providing a one of a kind customer service training and consulting service.
With a very slow start, I am looking forward to the future and the challenges of bringing back a lost business art form.
No one loses if you can give and receive good customer service, it tends to cause a pay it forward feeling that spreads to personal lives as well as businesses.
